Qualtrics partners with LangChain on AI
Launched last week, Experience Agents is designed to interact directly with customers and employees in real-time across channels and consumer touch points, including feedback from surveys, call centre chats, online reviews and online interactions.
The partnership with LangChain will see Qualtrics use the LangGraph Platform to build and manage Experience Agents at the scale and efficiency required.
Qualtrics will also work with LangChain to create a standard open-source operating framework for building AI agents, regardless of the platform they were built upon.
By supporting LangChain in these efforts, Qualtrics said it would help Experience Agents integrate more easily with other technology.
Gurdeep Singh Pall, president, AI strategy at Qualtrics, said: “Partnering with leading organisations like LangChain creates an open ecosystem in the development of agents, and ensures Qualtrics Experience Agents can work seamlessly with the tools and systems our customers already have in place.”
Harrison Chase, chief executive and co-founder at LangChain, added: “This partnership represents a major step forward in the evolution of experience management.
“With our innovative LangGraph Platform, we’re empowering Qualtrics to create specialised agents that not only enhance engagement but also foster deeper connections between businesses and their customers.”
