Sprinklr Social will include the OpenAI models in its ‘advanced plan’, which includes publishing, engagement and reporting tools using generative AI to help create content.

Features include aiding the brainstorming of content and creative ideas, the ability to adjust tone, length and grammar, translation to multiple languages, and auto-tagging inbound messages to identify emerging themes.

Other tools on Sprinklr Social, formerly called Sprinklr Social Engagement & Sales, are in-depth listening, social media management and scalability.

Pavitar Singh, chief technology officer at Sprinklr, said: “OpenAI has shown the potential for generative AI to change how brands operate.

“Combining the power of OpenAI technologies with the focus of Sprinklr AI, we aim to change how enterprises interact with their customers.”
