SurveyMonkey expands AI survey tool globally
Build with AI, which is based on technology from AI firm OpenAI, allows users to create surveys from written descriptions and automates the survey creation process.
The tool is freely available for users of the SurveyMonkey Genius platform of AI products and operates in more than 50 languages.
Eric Johnson, chief executive officer at SurveyMonkey, said: “While speed is critical in today’s environment, you can’t sacrifice accuracy, especially when you are using AI at work.
“We’ve got one of the world’s biggest survey datasets, and we’re leveraging it to help our users create and deploy methodologically sound surveys that will yield useful insights faster than ever before.”
