“Our continued transformation and innovative spirit has been made possible by our incredible people across the globe”, said Toluna chief executive Frédéric-Charles Petit.

“Time and time again, Mathilde has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the senior leadership team, and I cannot think of a better person to take the reins as chief people officer. Mathilde will ensure we consistently attract, develop, and retain the brightest, most innovative minds in the world while shaping our diverse and inclusive culture.”

Lelièvre added: “I am thrilled to take on this new role. This shift from the traditional role of chief human resources officer to chief people officer is an intentional move that reinforces the fact that people are at the heart of everything we do at Toluna.”
