Toluna names first global chief research officer
In her new role, Vidler (pictured) will lead Toluna’s global research teams and define and implement best practice across the company’s research work.
Before becoming global chief research officer, Vidler was European chief research officer, and has held a variety of roles at Toluna, including research director, head of financial services research, head of research and managing director of Harris Interactive UK.
Vidler joined Toluna in 2007, when the company she then worked for, Harris Interactive, was acquired by the company.
Frederic-Charles Petit, chief executive at Toluna, said: “Data-driven insights are at the core of what we do, and Susan has been integral in delivering the critical research and insights our customers need to drive business decisions.
“We are thrilled to have her now take on the role of global chief research officer and provide an even greater voice for our researchers around the globe.”
