Toluna promotes Lelièvre to COO

UK – Consumer insights firm Toluna has named Mathilde Lelièvre as its chief operations officer (COO).

Mathilde Lelievre

Lelièvre (pictured) was previously executive vice-president of global digital operations at Toluna, and has been at the company since 2005, when she joined as vice-president of operations.

In her new role, Lelièvre will direct Toluna’s global business operations and help to expand the company, and will sit on the company’s executive board.

Departments under Lelièvre’s remit include client services personnel, supported by survey programming, sampling, platform support and data processing.

Frederic-Charles Petit, chief executive of Toluna, said: “Mathilde’s focus on delivering unrivalled client-service, driving service team engagement and ensuring efficiency through digitalisation has been invaluable to fuelling our global growth, and we are thrilled to see her take the reigns as COO.

“We pride ourselves on bringing in top talent and promoting from within as we continue to expand our incredible team, and Mathilde’s elevation to the COO role and executive board is testament to the success of this approach.”
