Laura Warby (pictured), who joined Crowd DNA in 2015, has been promoted from director of business strategy to head of agency London/Amsterdam, based in London.

In the US, the company has promoted Hollie Jones from director to head of agency New York City. She has been at Crowd DNA since 2017.

Dave Power, director of the company’s Crowd Numbers quantitative team since 2019, has been promoted to senior director of the division.

The newly created positions are part of a continued restructure following the promotions of Matilda Andersson, previously managing director of the London and Amsterdam offices, to group managing director, and Elyse Pigram to Apac managing director, earlier in the year.

Crowd DNA has offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Singapore and Sydney and became part of Strat7 in late 2020.

Andy Crysell, founder of Crowd DNA, said: “We’re excited to create these opportunities for Laura, Hollie and David – trusted, highly skilled members of our team who’ve brought so much great thinking and creativity to our business. We’re excited for how these new roles will allow us to grow our global capabilities, with such a strong senior team in place.”
