UK – Experience improvement company InMoment has hired Wendy Rand as chief human resources officer.

Rand (pictured) will oversee the company’s HR function. InMoment runs an experience improvement platform using customer, market and employee data.

Before joining InMoment, Rand was senior director for human resources at Park City Mountain for Vail Resorts. She has also had HR roles at TransUnion, Fonterra, Jones Lang LaSalle and Diageo.

InMoment agreed a merger earlier this year with fellow customer experience business MaritzCX, leaving the combined company with a global team of 1,500 employees across 20 offices in North America, Europe and Asia.

Andrew Joiner, chief executive of InMoment, said: “Wendy is a smart and experienced leader who brings fresh ideas to accelerate the goals we have for our global employees.

“At a time of such massive change in how employees do their jobs and how companies drive employee engagement, Wendy will help us identify and create more important moments for our employees.”
