InMoment launches workplace feedback tool
Businesses can use the technology to survey workers about their attitudes towards office safety and workplace procedures.
The tool includes three employee feedback templates gathering data and producing reports on: personal health and safety; office or remote work environments and workforce engagement; and ongoing employee wellbeing.
InMoment is currently offering the three templates free of charge.
Stacy Bolger, vice-president of global employee experience at InMoment, said: “This is a delicate time for both employees and employers, and business leaders have to get it right or employee trust and engagement could plummet, impacting company performance.”
