The company said that Emily Dickinson, Debbie Shuttlewood, Josh Glendinning and Tom McEnery would join chief executive James Endersby on the management board.

Shuttlewood (pictured far right) has been director at Opinium for three years, having previously held senior roles at Ipsos and Kantar.

McEnery (pictured far left) joined Opinium in 2020 as a director and became an equity partner in 2024, having previously worked at Hall & Partners and having been based in both London and Los Angeles.

Dickinson (pictured centre left) has held the role of director at Opinium for more than six years, with prior senior roles at Kantar Millward Brown.

Glendinning (pictured centre right) joined Opinium as research manager in 2017 and was made a partner in 2019, having previously been an insights manager at communications agency H&K (now part of Burson).

The new management board appointments follow the recent naming of 10 new equity partners at Opinium, taking the number of partners at the firm to 21 alongside Opinium’s 28 original owners.

The company plans to make 50% of the equity in the agency owned by staff.

Endersby said: “We’ve proved that by looking after our people, they look after our clients, and this people-centric approach has driven double-digit annual growth for over a decade.

“Given our size and ambitions the time is now right to promote the brilliant Emily, Debbie, Josh, and Tom up to join me on the management board.

“They will help me to continue to put our people first by working closely with all our teams to set and deliver our ambitious strategic objectives. Further management board positions will be considered in the future.”
