Founded in 2007, Opinium has teams based in London, New York, Amsterdam and Cape Town. The company originally had 28 investors who agreed to release up to 50% of their equity to be offered to individual employees when revenue and valuation targets were met.

The 10 equity partners bring the total number of employee partners to 21. Opinium said it aims to be 50% employee owned eventually.

The new equity partners are: Jenny Bates; Emily Dickinson; Ande Gilmartin; Molly Maclean; Tom McEnery; Isabel McGovern; Priya Minhas; Carolyn Morden; Lorien Perryfrost and Jack Tadman.

James Endersby, chief executive, Opinium, said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome 10 more talented colleagues as equity owners of the agency, and more in the future. Huge kudos to all our original equity partners for ensuring when the partnership was set up, that this was core to our beliefs, and core to our employee centric offering, truly putting our people at the centre of our agency.

“These colleagues, over their time at Opinium so far, and in their own valuable ways, have consistently added significant value to the agency, and they will continue to do so: whether that is by nurturing our brilliant clients, helping build valuable partnerships, growing and developing our people and culture, seeking investments that add to the Opinium offer, and finding ways to improve our productivity and profitability.”

Priya Minhas said: “I am delighted and honoured to become a partner at Opinium, where I started my research career. I'm excited to continue to build something incredible together and celebrate many more milestones ahead on our journey.”
