Opinium names head of brand and product research

UK – Insight agency Opinium has promoted Wez Eathorne to the newly created role of global head of brand, comms and product research.

Eathorne (pictured) was formerly from Hall & Partners and joined Opinium in 2017, with his most recent role being research director and Opinium equity partner.

In his new role Eathorne said he would be working with the rest of the leadership team to forge deeper client relationships, produce higher quality services and particularly focusing on Opinium’s tech and analytics work.

Opinium was created in 2007 and has teams based in London, New York, Amsterdam and Cape Town.

Opinium chief executive officer James Endersby said: “We’ve significantly grown our brand, comms and product client base over the past five years.

Wez has been at the forefront of this success driving innovation, analytics and delivering incredible insight consultancy through our client’s businesses. He has an incredibly experienced and motivated team behind him and I’m excited to see what he will achieve at the helm.”
